What states do you ship to?
At this time we only ship to addresses within California.
When will my order be shipped?
We process and ship all online wine orders every Monday. If an order is placed with express shipping (like UPS 2-Day Air) we will attempt to process that order and ship it as soon as possible. If you have any special requests or needs for your order please reach out to us at contact@maramivineyards.com.
Do I need to be 21 to sign for my package?
All wine purchases can only be made by individuals 21 years old or older. All wine shipments require an adult signature from someone over 21 years old. An adult over 21 years old must be present for the delivery to sign for the package, otherwise it cannot be delivered.
I missed my delivery, what do I do?
Our shipping carrier will attempt delivery up to three times. If all three delivery attempts fail the package will be returned to us. Please reach out to our carrier’s customer service to make new arrangements if needed. After the package is returned to us, you may have the option to pick up your wine order in-person. Please reach out to us at contact@maramivineyards.com if necessary.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded anytime before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped however, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
My wine shipment was damaged, what do I do?
We do our absolute best to ensure your wine is safely packaged for shipping, however if your wine was damaged in transit, please send a photo of the damaged bottle to contact@maramivineyards.com. We are more than happy to send another bottle to replace the broken one, but sending us a picture is the only way to be approved for this.
Do you accept returns?
All wine and merchandise sales are final.

States MarAmi Ships To
At this time, MarAmi Vineyards only ships wine to addresses within the state of California (CA).
Order Shipping Timelines
We process and ship all online wine orders every Monday. If an order is placed with express shipping (like UPS 2-Day Air) we will attempt to process that order and ship it as soon as possible. While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to inventory relocation or order-specific issues. If any delays arise, we will contact you directly with updates.
Age Verification
By law, all alcohol orders must be placed by individuals 21 years of age or older. By submitting an order, you certify that both the purchaser and recipient meet this requirement.
Delivery Requirements
- A signature from someone 21+ years old and/or valid ID is required upon delivery.
- Carriers cannot leave wine shipments unattended.
- We recommend using a business/daytime address for delivery.
- Wine CANNOT be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground, with delivery in 2–5 business days, depending on destination. For 2-Day or Overnight shipping, please note that delivery timelines are based on transit time after shipment, not order placement.
Shipping Compliance by State
Due to varying state laws regarding wine shipments, we comply with all applicable regulations, including:
- Volume limits
- Restrictions on direct-to-consumer shipping
If your order exceeds your state’s volume limit, we will contact you.
Weather Holds & Temperature-Controlled Shipping
To protect your wine during transit, orders may be placed on weather hold if temperatures fall outside our shipping guidelines. Affected areas will be noted during checkout and in your confirmation email. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm whether their state is under a weather hold.
If you choose to bypass a weather hold, your order will ship under specific conditions and at your own risk.
Holiday Season
During November and December, high volumes may cause delays. Please refer to tracking for
real-time updates.
Package Redirection
If you need to redirect a shipment:
- Redirection must occur within the same state due to compliance laws.
- Redirection is not guaranteed by MarAmi Vineyards or the carrier.
- A $15 fee per package may apply.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone age 21+ is available at the new address to accept the delivery.
Returned Shipments
Carriers will attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the order is returned to the sender.
To avoid this, contact the carrier’s customer service before the third attempt to make alternate arrangements. Returned packages incur a $25 fee per package plus the cost of reshipping.
Shipping to Carrier Stores
If choosing to ship to a UPS store:
- The carrier selected must match the destination (e.g., UPS orders must go to UPS Stores, they cannot be shipped to FedEx stores).
- Incorrect carrier pairings will be refused by the store.
- Wine CANNOT be delivered to P.O. Boxes
Additional location-based fees may apply when shipping directly to or redirecting to a carrier store.
