Fresh apple and white grape rise first on the nose, balanced by lifted sweetness. On the palate, key lime and green apple bring energy, while honey and crème add softness. Candied almond and light baking spices round out the profile, with hints of lavender and mint giving aromatic detail. Medium in body with a polished, composed finish.

Just over 6 acres in size, the vineyard is perched above Lompoc, with long views toward the Pacific and a clear sight of rocket launches from nearby Vandenberg Spaceforce Base.
