About MarAmi Estate Vineyard
At the southern end of the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail in the Los Olivos District AVA lies the MarAmi Estate Vineyard. This vineyard is the heart of our project, with the site spanning nearly 100 acres of gorgeous varied terrain. Flat fields, high ridgelines, and a natural creek weaving through the California oak trees, creates the MarAmi Estate's inviting atmosphere. With over 13 acres of vines already in the ground, and more planned, this vineyard offers a wide canvas to work from.
Situated just 5 minutes from Los Olivos and 15 minutes from Solvang, this site is also the home to our new winery and tasting room experience, open in 2027.
The Diversity
The diversity of the site is what makes it so compelling. Different blocks see different sun exposures, with elevations and soil shifts that shape the way each varietal grows. Though the vineyard contains a wide range of plantings, it leans toward heat-loving grapes. Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache, Chenin Blanc, Viognier, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon all find their place here. With long, warm days and dependable inland conditions, we’re tailoring the site towards varietals that thrive in this kind of climate.
We manage MarAmi Estate with an eye toward the long term.
This vineyard gives us a foundation to grow from. It’s a place of possibility, where we get to build something from the ground up. Thoughtfully, steadily, and with a deep connection to the land we get to call home.
Each planting decision is made with intention, and every addition, from the vines to the future olive orchard, is part of a bigger plan. This vineyard currently produces our single varietal Sauvignon Blanc, a wine that reflects both the energy of the site and the direction we’re headed.
Lover’s Tree
Tucked away near the northern edge of the property sits a beautiful wonder of nature. Two oak trees whose trunks grew wrapped together, intertwined in an everlasting display of support for each other. We have aptly named this pair, the Lover’s Tree.

Kimsey Vineyard
Tucked along the southern edge of the Ballard Canyon AVA in Solvang, Kimsey Vineyard is where our deepest roots are planted. It’s a 22-acre vineyard of rolling hills, laid out to take advantage of the natural contours and exposure of the site.

Launch View Vineyard
Set against the hills on the western edge of the Sta. Rita Hills AVA, Launch View Vineyard is one of our most distinct vineyard sites, with an even more distinct name. Just over 6 acres in size, the vineyard is perched above Lompoc, with long views toward the Pacific and a clear sight of rocket launches from nearby Vandenberg Spaceforce Base.
